DuO²-Gent is een warme en dynamische school waar jongeren leren door te doen. In een krachtige leeromgeving begeleiden we hen stap voor stap naar de arbeidsmarkt of verdere opleiding. Ons team combineert nabijheid, structuur en vertrouwen met een sterk geloof in de groeikansen van elke jongere.

Over de functie

DuO²-Gent is op zoek naar een enthousiaste vormingsleerkracht voor de aanloopfase van duaal leren.

Binnen Project-T, een dynamisch onderdeel van de aanloopfase, begeleid je jongeren die (nog) niet klaar zijn voor werkplekleren, maar daar stap voor stap naartoe groeien. Binnen jouw opdracht van 15/21 geef en ontwikkel je een actief, educatief-vormend aanbod op maat, waarbij je methodieken afstemt met het team en bijstuurt waar nodig.

Jij creëert in jouw groep een stimulerende en veilige leeromgeving waarin jongeren verantwoordelijkheid leren opnemen, hun vaardigheden en arbeidsattitudes versterken en zo gestaag evolueren richting de arbeidsmarkt.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt ervaring in onderwijs/vormingswerk; je kent de verwachtingen en attitudes die verwacht worden op de arbeidsmarkt en weet deze te vertalen naar een vormend aanbod voor de aanloopfase. Praktijkgerichte ervaring is een troef.
  • Je bent een flexibele en creatieve vormingsleerkracht, die houdt van pionieren in een lespraktijk die in volle ontwikkeling is.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met trajectbegeleiders, leerlingbegeleiders, directie en vakcollega’s.
  • Pedagogisch inzicht, sterk inlevingsvermogen en een teamgevoel zijn jou op het lijf geschreven.
  • Je gelooft in groei; affiniteit met jongeren met een extra ondersteuningsnood is een belangrijke vereiste.

  • Je bent geduldig, positief en kan grenzen stellen vanuit respect.
  • Je communiceert helder en stimuleert zelfstandigheid.
  • Je werkt graag in team en gelooft in de kracht van samenwerking.
  • Een pedagogisch bekwaamheidsbewijs is een meerwaarde, maar geen absolute vereiste.
