The posting

Leerexpert De IJsduiker is een buitengewone kleuter- en lagere school in Antwerpen-Zuid. We bieden onderwijs type 6, 7 en 9 aan kleuters en kinderen tot 13 jaar.

Ons doel? Onze leerlingen tot maximaal leren te brengen. Daar staan leerkrachten niet alleen voor. Ze vormen één groot en hecht team met kinesisten, logopedisten, kinderverzorgers, (beleids)ondersteuners ... Samen creëren we een warme, veilige omgeving voor onze leerlingen. Die multidisciplinaire werking, waarin ieders expertise naar waarde wordt geschat, is onze sterkte.

Wat doe je?

Wij zoeken een klasjuf of meester voor een 4/5de aanstelling voor dit schooljaar.

Wat verwachten we van je?

Een open en kansrijke kijk op kinderen en hun leertraject is bij ons een must. We leggen immers de lat best hoog voor onszelf en gaan ver in kansen creëren voor onze leerlingen en leerkrachten. Geloof jij ook oprecht dat zelfkennis en -vertrouwen bij onze leerlingen de beste garantie vormen voor een succesvolle start in een vervolgschool? Dan ben jij onze gedroomde collega!

Wat mag je van ons verwachten?

Structuur, zorg en taalkrachtig onderwijs, daarmee maken we het verschil. Dankzij duidelijke afspraken, regels en een open communicatie geven we leerlingen een houvast. Ook nieuwe collega’s hebben hier veel aan. Als starter laten we je niet in de kou staan. Aanvangsbegeleiding en informatiedoorstroming zit ingebakken in onze schoolwerking. Daarom word je de eerste twee jaar intensief begeleid door je pedagogische en didactische mentor. Zo verfijn je je leertechnieken en krijg je snel voeling met je doelgroep en (andere) paramedici.

Je wordt tewerkgesteld door het Stedelijk Onderwijs Antwerpen en wordt vergoed volgens de geldende barema's: https://data-onderwijs.vlaanderen.be/salaris/schalen/. Naast het vaste inkomen ontvang je eveneens:

  • Doorbetaling van de kleine vakantieperiodes indien je een aanstelling hebt de dag voor en de dag na de vakantie
  • Uitgestelde bezoldiging in de zomervakantie (bedrag wordt gebaseerd op de gepresteerde uren tijdens het voorafgaande schooljaar)
  • Vakantiegeld - Eindejaarstoelage
  • Vervoersonkosten (openbaar vervoer)
  • Laptop en internetvergoeding
