WE'RE BUILDING A NEW HEALTHCARE CLEARINGHOUSE

Stedi is the only headless clearinghouse and RCM engine. Headless means every part of our product is accessible via API. Developers and AI agents build their own interface on top of it. By offering modern, AI-ready APIs alongside traditional real-time and batch EDI processes, we enable both healthcare technology businesses and established players to exchange mission-critical transactions. Our clearinghouse product and customer-first approach have set us apart. Stedi was ranked by Ramp https://ramp.com/data/top-saas-vendors-on-ramp-march-2026 as one of the fastest-growing SaaS vendors.

Stedi has lightning in a bottle: engineers and designers shipping products week in and week out; a lean business team supporting the company's infrastructure; a passion for automation and eliminating toil; and $142 million in funding from top investors like Stripe, Addition, USV, Bloomberg Beta, First Round Capital, and more.

To see what we ship, watch the 2026 Stedi Keynote https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MxyCUNAr9Y8. To learn more about how we work, watch our founder Zack's interview with First Round Capital https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IO6sR-i5rSs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're hiring a builder-operator to join our Revenue Systems & Operations team and own the systems and processes that define the customer journey at Stedi. You'll work directly with GTM, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to build systems to verify, provision, contract, and bill customers.

This role spans platform ownership and process design. The goal is to build closed-loop systems that scale with the business. The right candidate will be comfortable configuring a billing platform, designing an account provisioning workflow, and building the analysis behind pricing decisions.

You will work directly with the Head of GTM Strategy & Operations to identify the biggest gaps in how we onboard and monetize customers, define what "better" looks like, and ship solutions, often by building them yourself. As Stedi launches new products and continues to rapidly expand its customer base, you'll own ambiguous problems end to end and make decisions that directly impact revenue and the customer experience.

Strong candidates often come from revenue operations, GTM engineering, business operations, or systems design roles, though there is no single path into this position. We value demonstrated ability to build and learn quickly over a direct match in prior titles. Candidates who take ownership of ambiguous problems and bring sound judgment to unfamiliar systems are encouraged to apply.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Own the systems that verify, provision, and manage customer accounts, from business and identity verification through user roles, permissions, and access

- Build and own the billing systems that make complex pricing and contract structures simple to configure at scale

- Make every new product sellable on launch day, with pricing, contract terms, entitlements, and access controls in place before go-live

- Define how accounts move from signup to closure, and build the workflows that keep billing, access, contracts, and customer communication in sync at every stage

- Partner with Product and Engineering to define the internal tooling and customer-facing workflows behind how customers buy and use Stedi, bringing the operational context that shapes what gets built

- Build workflows and automations that replace manual processes, so Stedi's operational infrastructure can scale without adding headcount

- Run ad-hoc analyses that help the GTM and finance teams answer questions on topics like pricing, packaging, and product usage

WHO YOU ARE

- 2+ years in revenue operations, GTM engineering, business systems design, or similar roles is preferred. Candidates with more are also encouraged to apply

- You are a builder. You understand APIs and data models, write SQL, and can ship scripts, automations, or internal tools that other teams rely on

- You're comfortable owning business systems. Whether it's a billing platform, CRM, or contract management system, you can quickly learn how to configure it, connect it to everything around it, and keep it running

- You understand how SaaS companies bill, or are excited to learn. You're comfortable working through concepts like usage-based pricing, prepaid credits, and subscription structures, and hands-on experience with a modern billing platform is a plus

- You design for the failure case. Your workflows surface problems early, and you build checks in from the start rather than adding them after something breaks

- You fix root causes. You don't stop at the one-off issue in front of you; you find what caused it upstream and change the system so it doesn't happen again

- AI is part of how you work every day, and you have strong instincts for where it adds speed and where it needs guardrails

- You write clearly and can align partners across teams that each own a piece of the problem

We’ve been made aware of individuals impersonating the Stedi recruiting team. Please note:

We appreciate your attention to this and your interest in joining Stedi.

At Stedi, we're looking for people who are deeply curious and aligned to our ways of working. You're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't perfectly match the job description.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
