Description:Le posteDans le cadre d'un remplacement de congé maternité/parental, nous recherchons un.e HR Manager (H/F), pour un contrat à durée déterminée d'environ un an. Rattaché·e au COO, vous pilotez l'ensemble de la fonction RH du groupe, au Luxembourg et en France. Le poste est basé à Bertrange, avec des déplacements réguliers en France.Vous managez une équipe de 5 personnes :• au Luxembourg, 2 collaborateurs ADP et paie, et 2 collaborateurs recrutement et développement RH ;• en France, 1 collaboratrice relai RH de proximité.Vos missionsStratégie et pilotage RH• Définir et déployer la politique RH du groupe, en lien avec la direction.• Harmoniser les processus et les outils RH entre le Luxembourg et la France.• Construire et suivre les indicateurs RH (effectifs, masse salariale, turnover, absentéisme).• Préparer et suivre le budget RH.Management de l'équipe RH• Animer, organiser et faire monter en compétences une équipe de 5 personnes répartie sur deux pays.• Fixer les priorités et garantir la qualité du service rendu aux managers et aux collaborateurs.Administration du personnel et paie• Garantir la fiabilité de la paie et de l'administration du personnel dans les deux pays.• Assurer la conformité avec le droit du travail luxembourgeois et français, ainsi qu'avec le RGPD.• Traiter les sujets propres aux salariés frontaliers (sécurité sociale, fiscalité, télétravail).Recrutement, talents et développement• Piloter la stratégie de recrutement et la marque employeur Steel Shed.• Structurer l'intégration, les entretiens annuels, la formation et la gestion des talents.• Définir la politique de rémunération et d'avantages sociaux.Relations sociales et conseil• Accompagner les managers et la direction sur tous les sujets humains et organisationnels.• Préparer et accompagner, aux côtés de la direction le dialogue social avec les instances représentatives du personnel dans chaque pays.• Gérer les situations individuelles sensibles et prévenir les risques juridiques et psychosociaux.Votre profil• Formation supérieure (Bac+5) en ressources humaines, droit social ou équivalent.• Au moins 10 ans d'expérience en RH, dont une première expérience réussie de responsable ou de directeur·rice RH avec management d'équipe.• Très bonne connaissance du droit du travail luxembourgeois et français, et des spécificités des salariés frontaliers.• Maîtrise des processus de paie et d'administration du personnel ; la connaissance d'ADP est un atout.• Expérience dans une PME ou une ETI en croissance, idéalement dans le e-commerce, l'industrie ou la construction.• Français courant et bon niveau d'anglais.• Leadership, sens du terrain, rigueur et capacité à créer de la confiance avec les équipes comme avec la direction.Ce que nous offrons• Une équipe RH déjà en place, à structurer et à faire grandir.• Un environnement entrepreneurial et transfrontalier, avec des circuits de décision courts.
