Unsere Arbeit spricht für sich: Täglich erreichen uns zahlreiche Anfragen von Kundinnen und Kunden, die gezielt nach unserer Ästhetik und Präzision suchen. Genau hier kommst du ins Spiel. Wir suchen keinen Standard-Marketer, sondern einen echten Performance-Profi, der unsere Kampagnen auf das nächste Level hebt und dafür sorgt, dass unsere digitalen Kanäle kontinuierlich hochqualitative Leads für unser Vertriebsteam liefern – datengetrieben, kreativ und mit einem feinen Gespür für unsere exklusive Zielgruppe.

DAS ERWARTET DICH

  • Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung unserer Paid-Ads-Kampagnen (u. a. Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Eigenverantwortliche Budget- und Erfolgskontrolle anhand klarer KPIs
  • Einsatz KI-gestützter Tools und Funktionen (z. B. Performance Max, automatisiertes Bidding, KI-Creative-Testing) zur Kampagnenoptimierung
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines sauberen Tracking-Setups (GTM, GA4)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und Vertrieb zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Kampagnenstrategie
  • Laufende Creative- und Zielgruppentests zur Skalierung unserer Kampagnen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Praxiserfahrung im Management von Paid-Ads-Kampagnen (idealerweise Google Ads & Meta Ads)
  • Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Steuerung größerer Werbebudgets
  • Sicherer Umgang mit KI-gestützten Tools im Paid-Ads-Bereich
  • Analytische, KPI-orientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse im Web-Tracking (GTM, GA4)
  • Selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ein freundliches und selbstsicheres Auftreten
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer
  • Fließend deutsche Sprachkenntnisse
