Location: Steelville Middle School, Steelville, MO

Reports To: Building Principal / Custodial Supervisor

Schedule: Full-Time / Evening Shift

Job Summary

The Middle School Evening Custodian plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming learning environment for students, staff, and visitors. This position is responsible for executing routine evening cleaning operations, secured building check procedures, setup/breakdown for after-school events.

Salary & Benefits

  • Compensation: Hourly rate based on the Steelville R-3 School District support staff salary schedule (commensurate with experience).
  • Benefits: Full-time positions include health coverage, district retirement benefits (PEERS), paid holidays, and accrued personal/sick leave.
