The posting

STEF zoekt voor haar vestiging in Oostkamp, met ongeveer 250 medewerkers en gespecialiseerd in temperatuurgecontroleerd transport en logistiek, een Fleet Coördinator (V/M/X).

Uw rol ?

Als Fleet Coördinator bent u verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de beschikbaarheid van het rollend materieel. U vormt de schakel tussen chauffeurs, werkplaatsen, leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat trekkers, opleggers en koelgroepen steeds voldoen aan de wettelijke, veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en operationele vereisten.

Onderhoud en technische opvolging

  • U organiseert en coördineert het preventieve en curatieve onderhoud van trekkers, opleggers en koelgroepen. U onderzoekt eerst de mogelijkheden tot herstel alvorens vervanging of investeringen voor te stellen.
  • U analyseert defecten en storingen en zoekt naar de meest efficiënte technische oplossing.
  • U onderhoudt contacten met externe werkplaatsen, leveranciers en technische partners.

Beheer van het wagenpark

  • U staat in voor de administratieve opvolging van onderhoudsdossiers en werkopdrachten.
  • U beheert technische gegevens, onderhoudsplanningen en wettelijke controles.
  • U volgt brandstofkaarten, telematicasystemen processen op.
  • U bewaakt de beschikbaarheid van het materieel en grijpt proactief in wanneer risico's ontstaan voor de operationele werking.

Ondersteuning van chauffeurs en operationele diensten

  • U bent het aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs bij technische problemen, defecten en schadegevallen.
  • U draagt actief bij aan de veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van het wagenpark.

Optimalisatie en verbeteringen

  • U analyseert onderhoudskosten en prestaties van het wagenpark.
  • U identificeert opportuniteiten om de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van het materieel verder te verbeteren.
  • U draagt bij aan een kostenbewust beheer van het wagenpark zonder in te boeten op kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • U formuleert verbetervoorstellen en werkt mee aan de verdere professionalisering van de fleetactiviteiten.

Uw profiel ?

  • U beschikt over een basiskennis van automechanica en/of elektronica/elektriciteit.
  • U hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen een technische, logistieke of transportomgeving.
  • U bent een hands-on persoon die zich graag op de werkvloer begeeft en dicht bij de operationele werking staat.
  • U denkt logisch, pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • U bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht over verschillende dossiers tegelijk.
  • U bent stressbestendig en weet prioriteiten te stellen wanneer onverwachte situaties zich voordoen.
  • U werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief.
  • U hebt een goede kennis van de courante Office-toepassingen.
