STEF is voor haar vestiging in Nazareth, met ongeveer 50 medewerkers, specialist in de distributie van goederen onder gecontroleerde temperaturen op (inter)nationaal, op zoek naar een Planner Export (V/M/X) voor een vast dienstverband.

Uw rol ?

  • U analyseert transportaanvragen en zoekt de meest efficiënte transportoplossing op de beurzen.
  • U selecteert en onderhandelt met transportpartners inzake prijs, kwaliteit en capaciteit.
  • U volgt transportopdrachten op van planning tot levering en communiceert proactief met alle betrokken partijen.
  • U beheert transportdossiers en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • U behandelt operationele problemen, klachten en uitzonderingen op een oplossingsgerichte manier.
  • U bewaakt de rendabiliteit van uw dossiers en identificeert commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • U werkt nauw samen met customer service, facturatie en operationele teams om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.
  • U draagt actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van onze transportactiviteiten.

Uw profiel ?

  • U beschikt over een eerste ervaring binnen transport.
  • U bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt steeds het overzicht.
  • U communiceert vlot met klanten, transporteurs en collega's.
  • U bent commercieel ingesteld en denkt in oplossingen.
  • U werkt nauwkeurig en administratief correct.
  • U bent stressbestendig en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • U neemt initiatief en denkt proactief mee over optimalisaties.
  • U beschikt over een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels. Kennis van het Nederlands is een pluspunt.
