Se você procura uma oportunidade de crescimento profissional em uma empresa que valoriza inovação, respeito, autonomia e parceria, você encontra aqui!Junte-se a nós e seja parte da mudança!#LI-NP1 #LI-REMOTEResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender e registrar solicitações de usuários por meio do sistema de gerenciamento de chamados.Classificar e priorizar chamados conforme os critérios e procedimentos estabelecidos.Prestar suporte técnico por telefone e acesso remoto, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre infraestrutura e utilização dos recursos tecnológicos.Solucionar problemas relacionados a acessos, vírus, reinstalação de softwares e outras ocorrências elegíveis para atendimento remoto.Resolver chamados no primeiro contato sempre que possível (FCR – First Call Resolution).Registrar e encaminhar ocorrências relacionadas a hardware, software, infraestrutura, recuperação de dados e demandas que necessitem de atendimento presencial.Identificar e registrar incidentes críticos, realizando o devido escalonamento para as equipes responsáveis.Orientar os usuários sobre solicitações que estejam fora do escopo de atendimento contratado.Requisitos e qualificações Boa comunicação e habilidade no atendimento ao usuário.Conhecimentos básicos em informática, hardware, software e infraestrutura de TI.Capacidade de identificar problemas, registrar informações e direcionar demandas corretamente.Organização, proatividade e foco na resolução de problemas.Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e seguir procedimentos de atendimento.
