Se você procura uma oportunidade de crescimento profissional em uma empresa que valoriza inovação, respeito, autonomia e parceria, você encontra aqui!Junte-se a nós e seja parte da mudança!#LI-REMOTE#LI-LV1Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos um(a) Engenheiro(a) de Dados Sênior para atuar em nosso Squad de Plataforma, com foco em Governança, Segurança e FinOps no Google Cloud Platform (GCP).O desafio será desenvolver soluções automatizadas para catalogação, rastreabilidade, proteção e otimização de custos do ecossistema de dados, garantindo que as informações sejam confiáveis, acessíveis e utilizadas de forma segura e eficiente.AtividadesImplementar e evoluir a governança de dados no GCP utilizando Dataplex Catalog, Aspect Types, Entry Groups, Business Glossary, Data Lineage e Data Profiling.Desenvolver automações para coleta, catalogação e enriquecimento de metadados, utilizando Python, SQL, Dataform/dbt, APIs e IA/LLMs, incluindo o mapeamento de dashboards e fontes do Looker Studio.Monitorar e otimizar custos do BigQuery, analisando jobs, armazenamento, reservas e tabelas sem utilização por meio de INFORMATION_SCHEMA e Cloud Billing.Implementar políticas de FinOps, como rotulagem de custos (job_labels/table_labels), alertas de consumo, quotas por projeto/usuário (maximum_bytes_billed) e automação de expurgo e arquivamento de tabelas.Automatizar políticas de segurança e privacidade no BigQuery, utilizando Cloud IAM, Policy Tags (CLS), RLS, Dynamic Data Masking e Sensitive Data Protection (Cloud DLP), garantindo aderência à LGPD.Definir Data Contracts, schemas YAML/JSON e regras de evolução de estruturas, integrando validações às esteiras de CI/CD.Criar indicadores e dashboards de governança, custos e saúde do Data Lake, atuando de forma consultiva junto aos times técnicos e de negócio.

Requisitos e qualificações RequisitosExperiência sólida em Engenharia de Dados e governança no GCP, especialmente BigQuery e Dataplex, incluindo a arquitetura atual de Dataplex Catalog (Aspect Types e Entry Groups).Domínio de Python e SQL para automação, auditoria e desenvolvimento de pipelines de metadados.Conhecimento avançado de INFORMATION_SCHEMA do BigQuery, Cloud Audit Logs, BigQueryAuditMetadata, Cloud Billing e APIs do GCP, incluindo Looker Studio API.Experiência com FinOps e otimização de custos no BigQuery, incluindo On-Demand, Editions/Slots, Logical/Physical Storage, Time Travel, particionamento e clusterização.Conhecimento de segurança e privacidade de dados, incluindo Cloud IAM, Policy Tags, CLS, RLS, mascaramento dinâmico e LGPD.Experiência com Data Contracts, YAML/JSON Schema, Schema Evolution e integração de validações em CI/CD.Conhecimento dos impactos de performance e cache relacionados às políticas de segurança do BigQuery.Requisitos desejáveisExperiência com Sensitive Data Protection (Cloud DLP) e classificação automatizada de dados sensíveis.Certificações FinOps Certified Practitioner ou Google Cloud Professional Cloud Security / Data Engineer.Conhecimento de padrões de Data Contracts, como ODCS e Data Contract Specification.Experiência com LLMs, agentes de IA e ferramentas como Antigravity para enriquecimento de metadados e classificação semântica de dados.Vivência com Dataform/dbt e automação de catalogação e documentação de dados.
