En Stefanini somos más de 30.000 genios, conectados desde 41 países, haciendo lo que les apasiona y co-creando un futuro mejor.¡Seguro no te quieres quedar fuera!¡Analista de Monitoreo!¿Por qué te elegiremos? ¡Porque los desafíos que asumirás reflejan tus ambiciones!Responsabilidades y atribucionesMonitorear en esquema 24x7 la disponibilidad y el rendimiento de servidores, equipos de red, bases de datos y aplicaciones mediante Zabbix y las demás herramientas del NOC.Atender, clasificar y gestionar las alarmas de acuerdo con los umbrales y procedimientos definidos.Registrar, documentar y escalar incidentes en la herramienta de gestión de tickets, cumpliendo los ANS del servicio.Realizar el diagnóstico inicial y aplicar acciones de primer nivel según los manuales de monitoreo.Ejecutar los checklists de validación de inicio de operación y reportar oportunamente las novedades.Elaborar reportes de turno, informes de disponibilidad e indicadores del servicio.Proponer mejoras en umbrales, alarmas y documentación de monitoreo.Participar en turnos rotativos 24x7, incluidos fines de semana y festivos.Requisitos y calificacionesTécnico, tecnólogo o profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica o carreras afines.1 año de experiencia en monitoreo de infraestructura TI en un NOC o centro de operaciones.Conocimiento en herramientas de monitoreo, preferiblemente Zabbix (deseable Grafana, PRTG, SolarWinds o similares).Conocimientos en sistemas operativos Windows Server y Linux, redes (TCP/IP, switches, firewalls, access points) y bases de datos a nivel básico.Manejo de herramientas de gestión de tickets (ServiceNow o similares) y conocimiento de buenas prácticas ITIL.Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos 24x7.Competencias:Atención al detalle y capacidad de análisis.Comunicación asertiva y trabajo en equipo.Manejo de la presión y orientación al servicio.Informaciones adicionalesContrato a término indefinido.Modalidad de trabajo híbrida en Bogotá.Turnos rotativos 24x7
