Liderar el diseño, desarrollo y despliegue de iniciativas de automatización estratégica para una empresa multinacional fabricante de dispositivos e insumos médicos. El profesional tendrá como tecnología núcleo Automation Anywhere, pero operará con un mindset agnóstico, seleccionando la herramienta adecuada (Python, Power Automate, scripts a medida) según la necesidad del proceso. Se espera un perfil altamente estratégico y consultivo que no solo ejecute código, sino que analice las Historias de Usuario (HUs) desde la perspectiva del negocio, identifique el valor real aportado en cada paso y reporte estos hallazgos directamente al liderazgo internacional en Boston.

Responsabilidades y atribucionesAnálisis Estratégico de Negocio: Analizar y desafiar las Historias de Usuario (HUs) para garantizar que cada automatización propuesta resuelva un problema real. Identificar, cuantificar y maximizar el valor entregado (ahorro de horas, reducción de errores, optimización operativa) en cada flujo.Reporte de Valor y Liderazgo: Reportar periódicamente los indicadores de éxito y el impacto de las automatizaciones al líder de Boston Scientific y a los stakeholders estratégicos, traduciendo métricas técnicas en valor de negocio.Desarrollo RPA (Core): Diseñar, construir y mantener arquitecturas de automatización complejas, escalables y resilientes utilizando Automation Anywhere como herramienta principal.Automatización Agnóstica: Evaluar y construir automatizaciones alternativas o complementarias utilizando Python, Power Automate, flujos API u otras tecnologías, garantizando que la solución técnica se adapte al problema y no al revés.Gestión de Proyectos Estratégicos: Asumir el rol de referente técnico en proyectos críticos y de alto impacto para la compañía, operando bajo marcos de trabajo ágiles (Agile - Jira) y gestionando el ciclo de vida en plataformas de code. Relacionamiento Global: Colaborar proactivamente con equipos multidisciplinarios y usuarios de negocio en diferentes países, adaptándose a diversas culturas corporativas y asegurando una comunicación fluida en contextos internacionales.Requisitos y calificaciones Requerimientos TécnicosCore RPA: Dominio experto (Senior) en Automation Anywhere (A360), con experiencia comprobable en la creación de bots complejos, manejo de excepciones, colas de trabajo (Workload Management) y despliegues en producción.Desarrollo Agnóstico: Experiencia sólida en programación con Python (manipulación de datos, web scraping, integración de APIs) y dominio del ecosistema Power Platform (Power Automate).Integración y Arquitectura: Conocimiento avanzado en consumo de servicios web (REST/SOAP), manejo de JSON/XML y consultas a bases de datos relacionales (SQL).Cultura DevOps y Agilidad: Experiencia estructurando entregables en sprints y gestionando repositorios y pipelines, preferiblemente en ecosistemas Azure.Competencias y Habilidades (Perfil Senior)Mentalidad Orientada al Valor: Capacidad innata para preguntar "por qué" y "para qué" antes del "cómo". Excelencia en la identificación de cuellos de botella y propuesta de mejoras en los procesos de negocio.Comunicación e Influencia: Habilidades de comunicación de alto nivel para interactuar con líderes globales, documentar aserciones de forma clara y presentar resultados técnicos a audiencias no técnicas.Inteligencia Emocional y Actitud: Excelente actitud de servicio, proactividad y madurez profesional para articularse armónicamente con equipos distribuidos geográficamente y culturalmente diversos.Inglés comunicativo: Se requiere Nivel de inglés fluido (B2) indispensable para la comunicación diaria con el equipo de Estados Unidos y otros hubs internacionales.Formación y ExperienciaProfesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Ingeniería Industrial (con fuerte perfil técnico) o carreras afines.5 años de experiencia comprobable en automatización de procesos (RPA), con al menos 2 años asumiendo roles de liderazgo técnico, análisis de negocio o arquitectura de automatización.
