Objetivo del cargoCoordinar y ejecutar iniciativas de ingeniería de datos y reportería que apoyen la integración de las operaciones de Alicorp en Colombia. Será responsable de transformar necesidades de negocio en soluciones de datos, integrar información histórica de sistemas SAP y no SAP, asegurar su calidad y desarrollar reportes en Power BI.

Responsabilidades y atribuciones Levantar y priorizar necesidades de datos históricos y reportería con las áreas de negocio.Analizar fuentes SAP, otros ERP, bases de datos y archivos, identificando tablas, campos, llaves y relaciones.Definir y ejecutar procesos de extracción, transformación, homologación y carga de datos al datalake corporativo en GCP.Implementar controles de calidad, validar resultados y gestionar inconsistencias con los equipos responsables.Diseñar y desarrollar modelos de datos, modelos semánticos, medidas, indicadores y reportes en Power BI.Elaborar especificaciones funcionales y técnicas, manteniendo trazabilidad entre requerimientos y soluciones.Planificar actividades, gestionar dependencias y riesgos, y reportar avances al equipo SWAT TI y Big Data.Documentar y transferir conocimiento sobre código, configuraciones, reglas de calidad, modelos y reportes desarrollados.Requisitos y calificaciones Experiencia comprobable como Ingeniero de Datos Senior, Líder Técnico de Datos o en funciones equivalentes.Experiencia práctica en servicios de datos de Google Cloud Platform (GCP) y procesos de integración y carga de información.Conocimiento de modelos de datos de ERP SAP y no SAP.Experiencia en migración de datos históricos, transformación, homologación y validación de información.Experiencia en implementación de controles de calidad de datos.Dominio de Power BI para modelamiento, construcción de medidas y desarrollo de reportes.Experiencia coordinando iniciativas de datos y gestionando cronogramas, riesgos y dependencias.Capacidad para ejecutar actividades técnicas directamente y trabajar con equipos de negocio y tecnología.Experiencia deseableParticipación en integraciones posteriores a adquisiciones, migraciones de ERP o proyectos de transformación digital.Experiencia en consumo masivo, manufactura o sectores afines.
