Buscamos un profesional de tecnología especializado/a en diseñar, programar, probar y mantener aplicaciones y sistemas.Requisitos y calificacionesLicenciatura en ciencias de la computación, Tecnología de la Información o campo relacionado.5+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones Java (Java 8+).3+ años de experiencia con Spring Boot, brokers de mensajes (Kafka, MQSeries/IBM MQ, ActiveMQ), APIs REST y bases de datos relacionales (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).Historial comprobado de impulsar el SDLC de extremo a extremo, desde la recopilación de requisitos iniciales y el diseño del sistema hasta el despliegue automatizado y el monitoreo de producción.Experiencia tomando decisiones de alto riesgo en pilas tecnológicas y gestionando la deuda técnica a lo largo del ciclo de vida del software.Experiencia con pipelines CI/CD, control de versiones (Git) y metodologías Agile.Fuertes habilidades analíticas y para resolver problemas.Experiencia con arquitecturas nativas en la nube (Azure, GCP o AWS).Sólido entendimiento de las mejores prácticas de seguridad, rendimiento y escalabilidad.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y experiencia trabajando con equipos multifuncionales.Entendiendo patrones de diseño de software y principios SOLIDInglés intermedio - avanzado Deseable:Desarrollo e integración de procesos ETL/ELT usando herramientas como SSIS, Apache Airflow o similares.Experiencia aprovechando herramientas de desarrollo asistidas por IA (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, etc.) como parte del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software.
