1. Objetivo del puesto

Gestionar integralmente proyectos de infraestructura tecnológica, asegurando el cumplimiento del alcance, cronograma, presupuesto, calidad, seguridad y continuidad operativa. La posición coordinará equipos técnicos internos, proveedores y áreas usuarias, manteniendo una comunicación clara con los stakeholders y asegurando la entrega oportuna de los proyectos.

2. Funciones

Planificar, ejecutar, monitorear y cerrar proyectos de infraestructura tecnológica.Definir alcance, entregables, cronograma, hitos, responsables y criterios de aceptación.Coordinar iniciativas relacionadas con servidores, redes, comunicaciones, nube, seguridad, almacenamiento, respaldo, bases de datos, monitoreo y continuidad operativa.Gestionar la relación con proveedores, fabricantes, consultores y equipos especializados.Coordinar ventanas de cambio, despliegues, migraciones, actualizaciones y actividades de puesta en producción.Identificar, registrar y gestionar riesgos, problemas, dependencias, restricciones y planes de mitigación.Elaborar reportes ejecutivos y de seguimiento sobre avance, presupuesto, hitos, riesgos y próximos pasos.Facilitar reuniones de seguimiento, comités de proyecto y sesiones de coordinación técnica.Asegurar el cumplimiento de lineamientos de arquitectura, seguridad, gobierno, continuidad y gestión de cambios.Coordinar pruebas técnicas, validaciones, documentación, transferencia operativa y cierre formal.Promover la coordinación entre infraestructura, desarrollo, seguridad, arquitectura, operaciones, negocio y terceros.

Requisitos y calificaciones3. Requerimientos del puesto

Estudios indispensables

Bachiller o titulado en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Computación o carreras afines.

Requisitos indispensables

• Experiencia de +2 años gestionando proyectos de infraestructura, tecnología, operaciones TI o transformación tecnológica.

• Experiencia coordinando equipos multidisciplinarios y proveedores tecnológicos.

• Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión de proyectos tradicionales y ágiles.

• Experiencia en gestión de cronogramas, riesgos, presupuesto, alcance y cambios.

• Conocimiento general de infraestructura on-premise y servicios cloud.

• Experiencia en proyectos de migración, renovación tecnológica, implementación, integración o continuidad operativa.

• Manejo de herramientas de seguimiento y colaboración como Jira, Microsoft Project, Planner, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Confluence o equivalentes.

• Capacidad para elaborar presentaciones e informes ejecutivos.

• Inglés técnico intermedio, deseable.

Conocimientos en proyectos relacionados con

• Redes, conectividad, firewalls, balanceadores y comunicaciones.

• Servidores Windows/Linux, virtualización y almacenamiento.

• Servicios cloud en AWS, Azure o GCP.

• Contenedores y plataformas como Docker y Kubernetes.

• Automatización, DevOps, CI/CD e infraestructura como código.

• Monitoreo, observabilidad, gestión de incidentes y niveles de servicio.

• Seguridad de la información, gestión de accesos y controles de cumplimiento.

• Backup, disaster recovery, alta disponibilidad y continuidad del negocio.

• Gestión de cambios y operación en entornos regulados.

Estudios de especialización

• Certificado: PMP e ITIL.

• Especialización: Scrum / Ágil y COBIT.

4. Manejo de software indispensable

Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Planner, ServiceNow, Confluence y Microsoft Office, a nivel intermedio, para la gestión y seguimiento de proyectos.

5. Modalidad de trabajo

Presencial, con disponibilidad para ventanas de cambio e implementaciones.

6. Idiomas

Inglés técnico, nivel intermedio.

7. Experiencia requerida

• En el puesto: de 1 a 3 años; más de 2 años gestionando proyectos de infraestructura tecnológica.

• En funciones similares: de 3 a 5 años; experiencia coordinando equipos multidisciplinarios y proveedores.

• En el sector: de 1 a 3 años; deseable experiencia en entornos corporativos críticos o regulados.
