¡Sé parte de Stefanini!En Stefanini somos más de 30.000 genios, conectados desde 40 países, haciendo lo que les apasiona y co-creando un futuro mejor.¡Seguro no te quieres quedar fuera!SCRUM MASTER - PROJECT MANAGERResponsabilidades y atribucionesResponsable de liderar y gestionar de manera integral proyectos e iniciativas tecnológicas, asegurando su ejecución end-to-end, desde el levantamiento y entendimiento de requerimientos hasta la puesta en producción y estabilización de las soluciones.El rol tendrá como foco garantizar el cumplimiento de alcance, tiempos, costos, calidad y beneficios esperados, articulando equipos técnicos y de negocio, gestionando riesgos, dependencias, impedimentos, presupuesto y stakeholders, bajo modelos de trabajo ágiles e híbridos.Se requiere un perfil con capacidad para combinar visión estratégica y ejecución operativa, facilitando la toma de decisiones y asegurando la trazabilidad y avance de los proyectos.Responsabilidades:Liderar la gestión integral de proyectos tecnológicos E2E, desde la definición y planificación hasta la implementación, puesta en producción y cierre.Realizar el entendimiento y levantamiento de requerimientos con las áreas de negocio y equipos técnicos.Facilitar la estructuración de requerimientos mediante historias de usuario, story mapping, épicas, features y criterios de aceptación, según corresponda.Definir estrategias, roadmap, alcance, entregables, hitos y planes de trabajo de los proyectos.Elaborar y realizar seguimiento a cronogramas, proyecciones, estimaciones y forecast de avance, esfuerzo, tiempos y costos.Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios de negocio, tecnología, proveedores y terceros involucrados en las iniciativas.Gestionar stakeholders, asegurando comunicación efectiva, alineación de expectativas y escalamiento oportuno de decisiones.Identificar, gestionar y hacer seguimiento a riesgos, dependencias, impedimentos, issues y desviaciones del proyecto.Liderar la gestión del trabajo asociado a historias de usuario, tareas, defectos, incidentes y demás elementos del backlog.Aplicar y adaptar frameworks y metodologías de gestión de proyectos de acuerdo con las necesidades de la organización, especialmente Scrum y modelos híbridos Agile/PMI.Facilitar y/o participar en los eventos ágiles: Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective, Refinement, seguimiento de avances y sesiones de priorización, adaptándolos al contexto de cada iniciativa.Aplicar técnicas de estimación y planificación para determinar esfuerzo, capacidad, tiempos y entregables.Definir y realizar seguimiento a métricas, KPIs e indicadores de avance, desempeño, calidad y cumplimiento de los proyectos.Elaborar informes ejecutivos y reportes periódicos de avance, identificando alertas, desviaciones, riesgos y acciones correctivas.Realizar seguimiento y control del presupuesto del proyecto, costos, compromisos, desviaciones y proyecciones financieras.Gestionar proveedores y terceros relacionados con la ejecución de los proyectos, cuando aplique.Asegurar la aplicación de metodologías y estándares para las diferentes etapas del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software: análisis, diseño, desarrollo, pruebas, implementación y puesta en producción.Coordinar actividades de pruebas, implementación y transición a producción, asegurando el cumplimiento de los criterios definidos.Gestionar cambios de alcance, prioridades y requerimientos, evaluando su impacto en tiempo, costo, capacidad y entregables.Asegurar la trazabilidad de las decisiones, compromisos, entregables y acuerdos del proyecto.Identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización en la gestión de proyectos y procesos.Realizar seguimiento al cumplimiento de los beneficios y resultados esperados de las iniciativasRequisitos y calificacionesProfesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Software, Ingeniería Electrónica, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines
