Als Procesoperator Silo ben je verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en efficiënt laden, lossen en beheren van grondstoffen binnen de silo-installaties. Als het kloppende hart van de silo houd je toezicht op de voorraadniveaus, onderhoud je contact met de productieafdeling en zorg je voor een continue processtroom.

Wat ga je doen?

- Instructies geven aan en opvolgen van de silo-operator met betrekking tot veldtaken en inspecties die verband houden met de operationele werking van de silo (nemen van stalen, openen/sluiten van silo-cellen, niveaumetingen, aansturing van circuits, enz.). - Instructies geven aan en opvolgen van de schoonmaker voor reinigingstaken die verband houden met het operationele proces (ontsmetten en reinigen van silo-cellen, enz.). - Ondersteuning vragen aan de Operator voor noodzakelijke werkzaamheden binnen het operationele proces. - Toezicht houden op ploegoverdrachten: collega's informeren over lopende werkzaamheden, aandachtspunten, enz., zodat de operationele werking van de silo gewaarborgd blijft. - Ervoor zorgen dat alle operationele bewegingen binnen de silo correct worden geregistreerd in de daarvoor bestemde systemen. - Alle onveilige situaties tijdens je shift melden aan de supervisor en de HSE-afdeling (Health, Safety & Environment). - Zorg dragen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkplek.

Gezocht profiel:

- Je hebt reeds ervaring in het werken vanuit een controlekamer / inzake procesopvolging. - Technisch diploma. - Basiskennis van mechanica en automatisering. - Ervaring met PLC-systemen of bereidheid om dit te leren. - Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en veiligheidsbewust. - Je beheerst vlot het Engels en het Nederlands. - Je bent bereid om in een volcontinu shiftsysteem te werken na een aantal maanden in een gewoon ploegensysteem.
