We zoeken een enthousiaste technisch operator om ons plastic team in Lier te versterken. Samen met je collega’s word je de drijvende kracht achter de productie van topkwaliteit plastic vaten, helemaal afgestemd op de wensen van onze klanten. En dit alles gebeurt in een drieploegensysteem. Klaar om deel uit te maken van dit innovatieve team?- Je leert verschillende machines in te stellen en te bedienen. De processen die hierbij gebruikt worden zijn onder andere extrusie, spiegel lassen en blow moulding. Je werkt de vaten af tot op het einde van de lijn en laadt ze in de trailers, al dan niet gepalletiseerd. - Parameters bewaken en instellingen bijwerken is een deel van je takenpakket- Het is je streefdoel om dagelijks het vooropgestelde productievolume te behalen. - Je helpt productiestilstanden tot een minimum te herleiden en dient het ombouwen van de lijn op een snelle en efficiënte manier te laten gebeuren.- Kwaliteit en de correctheid draag je hoog in het vaandel. Perfect afgeleverde product, volgens de normen en de eisen van de klant. - Het halen van deze normen en eisen heb je dan ook onder de knie en bewaak je continu. - Indien nodig vul je zo nauwkeurig mogelijk de benodigde kwaliteits- of andere documenten in.- Bovendien sta je in voor het preventief onderhoud en de uitvoering van de eerstelijns-interventies en –onderhoudswerkzaamheden op de werkpost. - Je beschikt over een technisch diploma of hebt een gelijkwaardige kennis op het gebied van hydraulica en pneumatica.- Je bent handig met gereedschap en ben je bereid om continu bij te leren. - Je bent een teamplayer met het nodige verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel om individueel taken uit te voeren.- Nauwkeurigheid en precisie draag je hoog in het vaandel. - Je ziet werk en durft je handen uit de mouwen steken - Aan het volgen van de nodige veiligheids- en kwaliteitsinstructies hecht je veel belang.- Je bent bereid in een drie ploegenstelsel te werken.Een attest van heftruckchauffeur is een pluspunt!
