Dan hebben wij een interessante uitdaging voor jou.Voor een internationale speler actief in de opslag en behandeling van vloeibare bulkgoederen in de Antwerpse Haven zijn wij, als gespecialiseerd rekruteringskantoor, op zoek naar een Transport & Dispatch medewerker.Als Transport & Dispatch medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en bezoekers en waak je over een correcte administratieve opvolging van alle transportactiviteiten.Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:- Ontvangen en begeleiden van chauffeurs en bezoekers op de site.- Verwerken en controleren van laad-, los- en transportopdrachten.- Inplannen, beheren en opvolgen van tijdsloten voor transporten.- Opstellen en verwerken van transport- en klantdocumentatie.- Controleren van identiteitsgegevens, certificaten en transportdocumenten.- Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en ADR-richtlijnen.- Signaleren en opvolgen van afwijkingen in samenwerking met klanten, transporteurs en interne afdelingen.- Ondersteunen van administratieve processen binnen de dispatchafdeling.- Bijdragen aan optimalisatieprojecten en verbeteringen van bestaande processen.- Garanderen van een klantgerichte en professionele dienstverlening.Je komt terecht in een operationele omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is en waar samenwerking, veiligheid en efficiëntie centraal staan. Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat die zich thuis voelt in een logistieke omgeving en graag het overzicht bewaart.Daarnaast beschik je over:- Een hoger diploma: Graduaat/Bachelor - Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen logistiek, expeditie, transport of de chemische sector.- Een sterk administratief en organisatorisch vermogen.- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte ingesteldheid.- Een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een mooie troef.- Ervaring met MS Office en ERP-systemen.- Interesse in transportwetgeving, ADR-regelgeving en logistieke processen.
