Vill du arbeta med ett brett sortiment av tårtor, bakelser, desserter och chokladprodukter? Vi söker en konditor som tycker om hantverket och vill bli en del av vårt konditoriteam i Mölndal. Om tjänsten Som konditor hos oss arbetar du med hela processen – från bottnar, fyllningar och mousser till montering, dekorering och färdig produkt. Du får en varierad vardag där du arbetar tillsammans med dina kollegor och bidrar till att våra produkter håller en jämn och hög kvalitet. I konditoriet tillverkar vi även praliner och andra chokladprodukter. Choklad är en del av vårt sortiment och det finns möjlighet att arbeta med och utvecklas inom det området, utifrån dina kunskaper och ditt intresse. Arbetet är huvudsakligen förlagt till vardagar, med arbete ungefär var fjärde eller femte lördag. Dina arbetsuppgifter

Tillverka tårtor, bakelser, desserter och andra konditoriprodukter.

Tillverka bottnar, fyllningar, mousser, krämer och dekorationer.

Montera, stryka och dekorera produkter.

Delta i tillverkningen av praliner och andra chokladprodukter.

Arbeta efter recept, beställningar och produktionsplanering.

Bidra till god ordning, hygien, minskat svinn och en bra arbetsmiljö.

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av arbete i ett professionellt konditori och är trygg i konditoryrkets grundläggande moment. Du behöver inte kunna allt, men du vill lära dig, utvecklas och bidra med det du kan. Du är noggrann, har känsla för smak och utseende och trivs med att kombinera hantverk med ett effektivt arbetssätt. Du tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter, kan planera din dag och hjälper dina kollegor när det behövs. Utbildning inom konditori är meriterande, men praktisk erfarenhet, yrkesskicklighet och rätt inställning väger tungt. Erfarenhet av choklad- och pralintillverkning är ett plus, men inget krav.
