Er du interesseret i i et alsidigt job som synsinspektør i ejendomsbranchen?

Så kunne denne stilling være den perfekte mulighed for dig til at anvende dine kvalifikationer og din erfaring.

Vi søger en ny deltidsansat synsinspektør i 10-15 timer hver anden uge. Din hovedopgave vil bestå i at det rent praktiske i at afholde ind- og fraflytningssyn. Dine arbejdsdage vil være placeret omkring den første og i midten af hver måned året rundt.

Vi sørger selv for grundig oplæring i både arbejdet og i brugen af relevante systemer.

Stillingen er ikke fysisk hård og velegnet til fleksjobber, efterlønner mv. Det er en betingelse, at du kan tale, læse og skrive dansk, og at du har kørekort til almindelig personbil (B) og kan benytte egen bil. Der udbetales kørepenge efter statens takster.

Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med 2-4 kolleger med stor erfaring inden for virksomhedens administrative opgaver.

Dine primære ansvarsområder vil omfatte:

  • Afholdelse af indflytningssyn.
  • Afholdelse af fraflytningssyn.
  • Nøglehåndtering.
  • Opsætning af navneskilte.

Arbejdsstedet vil foregå i og omkring Aalborg centrum.

Din profil:

For at blive overvejet til stillingen er det en fordel, at du er håndværksuddannet, har erfaring med at arbejde med flyttesyn, eller på anden vis har erfaring fra ejendomsbranchen, men det er ikke et krav.

Udover dette forventer vi rent fagligt at du:

  • Finder glæde og interesse i at arbejde med ejendomme.
  • At du er god til at kommunikere med både håndværkere og lejere.
  • Er dygtig og erfaren i brugen af teknologiske løsninger.

Ydermere forventer vi rent personligt at du:

  • Er uhøjtidelig, initiativrig, handlekraftig og nysgerrig.
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt og samtidig bidrage positivt til teamet.
  • Er fleksibel og pålidelig.
  • At du har lyst til at arbejde i en mindre virksomhed, hvor man kender sine kollegaer godt.
  • At du er god til at tale med boligsøgende og nuværende lejere samt boligsøgende.
