Om rollen Som inköpare blir du en viktig del av det dagliga arbetet inom inköp och produktionsberedning. Du ser till att material finns på plats i rätt tid och att artiklar, stycklistor och produktstrukturer är korrekta i affärssystemet. I vardagen arbetar du nära produktion, produktutveckling och montering, vilket ger dig god förståelse för helheten och möjlighet att bidra med förbättringar där de gör störst nytta. I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

genomföra inköp, avrop och leveransbevakning

planera materialbehov och följa upp lagernivåer

ha löpande kontakt med leverantörer och hantera avvikelser

skapa och underhålla artiklar, stycklistor och produktstrukturer

bereda nya och förändrade produkter för inköp och produktion

bidra till bättre struktur och effektivare arbetssätt.

Ditt första fokus blir att lära känna flödena, avlasta i det dagliga inköpsarbetet och höja kvaliteten i grunddata och produktberedning. Tjänsten är placerad på vårt kontor i Nässjö och du rapporterar till Supply Chain Manager.

Din profil Vi söker dig som har något eller några års erfarenhet av inköp, material- eller produktionsplanering, supply chain eller en liknande administrativ roll. Du är van vid affärssystem och har gärna arbetat med orderläggning, leveransbevakning och leverantörskontakter. Du behöver inte vara färdig specialist, men du har teknisk förståelse och tycker om att se hur produkter, komponenter och material hänger ihop. Erfarenhet av stycklistor, produktstrukturer, ritningar eller tillverkande industri är meriterande. Har du dessutom någon form av bakgrund inom el är det ett tydligt plus, men inget krav. Som person är du strukturerad, noggrann och lösningsorienterad. Du gillar att skapa ordning, följa upp och få saker i mål. Samtidigt är du hjälpsam, kommunikativ och trivs med många kontaktytor. Du uttrycker dig mycket väl på svenska och har god engelska samt god IT- och Excelvana.
