Build the Future of Mobility:
Join the Graduate Program of Stellantis (GPS), a global early-career development experience designed to accelerate emerging talent graduates into future leadership roles. In the Supplier Quality Rotational Development Program, you will contribute to real business priorities while building the technical and leadership capabilities needed to succeed in a fast-moving global automotive environment.
From day one, you will join Stellantis as a full-time employee, take ownership of meaningful assignments, and collaborate with teams that shape supplier performance, manufacturing processes, quality, and vehicle launches.
How the Program Is Structured:
GPS is a two-year development program with four six-month, project-based rotational assignments across Supplier Quality, Purchasing, and aligned cross-functional teams. Broader business exposure helps you understand how supplier quality connects to sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, and vehicle programs. Assignments provide increasing responsibility, functional development, and opportunities to contribute to real business priorities.
- Complete four six-month rotations and gain exposure to different suppliers, commodities, programs, and manufacturing environments.
- Participate in structured onboarding, technical training, leadership development, mentoring, and networking.
- Build capabilities for a long-term Supplier Quality career. Placement upon successful program completion is based on business needs and individual capabilities; a specific assignment or final role is not guaranteed.
- What You’ll Do
- Support supplier readiness: Contribute to supplier assessments, industrialization activities, and product and process readiness to help suppliers meet quality, capacity, and launch requirements.
- Understand manufacturing processes: Partner with Supplier Quality Engineers and suppliers to review processes and quality systems that support robust, repeatable parts meeting dimensional and performance requirements.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues: Work with suppliers and internal teams to identify causes of component and vehicle issues, support corrective actions, and monitor progress at supplier facilities and Stellantis manufacturing plants.
- Use data to drive improvement: Analyze supplier quality, delivery, capacity, and risk data to identify trends, prioritize issues, and support recommendations.
- Support successful launches: Monitor supplier deliverables, identify product and process risks, and help drive actions that support vehicle and product launch readiness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement: Support projects that strengthen supplier processes, reduce defects, and improve component quality and warranty performance.
- Collaborate across functions: Work with Supplier Quality, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program teams to address supplier-related challenges.
- Own defined projects: Communicate progress, present findings and recommendations, and follow through on assigned deliverables.
