You must have control and monitoring of spare parts for the equipment in your charge, to guarantee the performance and good condition of the automatic manual and service equipment, ensuring that there are always critical spare parts that could put the operation of the equipment at risk. the plant to continue producing. Generation and monitoring of a training plan for the personnel in charge, according to the technologies used in the equipment installed in the General Assembly plant process. Monitoring the implementation of the SPW methodology in General Assembly, Shop Floor management, orange Room, Safety, Environmental & Energy, 100% support for production and all areas involved in the manufacturing of the vehicle. Preparation, implementation and monitoring of NNM, NM, V1/V2, Improvements projects. Work together with the Vehicle Process Engineering, VPE department.

Bachelor's degree, graduated and titled in electronics, electrical, mechatronics, at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Intermediate, advanced knowledge in PLCs, robots, communication networks, conveyors, mechanical transmission systems, electricity, hydraulics systems, Pneumatics, Torque Tools, pneumatics systems, personnel management, dealing with suppliers, availability to schedule shifts, proactive, analytical, High level of responsibility, belonging and availability, English level 60 – 80% speaking, reading and writing, Work under pressure, Focus on results.
