PLANEAR, ORGANIZAR Y LIDERAR LAS ACTIVIDADES REQUERIDAS PARA ASEGURAR EL PROCESO DE ENSAMBLE DEL PRODUCTO DE ACUERDO A LOS ESTANDARES ESTABLECIDOS DE DISEÑO, METODO Y PROCESO, SIGUIENDO RIGUROSAMENTE LOS PRINCIPIOS DE LA MANUFACTURA PARA LOGRAR LOS OBJETIVOS DE CALIDAD Y PRODUCTIVIDAD DE LA UNIDAD DE NEGOCIO CON SEGURIDAD, A TIEMPO Y AL MEJOR COSTO, ASÍ COMO SIGUIENDO NUESTRA METODOLOGIA DE SIS.

REQUERIMIENTOS BASICO:

1.- TIPO DE EXPERIENCIA: 5 años de experiencia en: Procesos de Ensamble de la Industria Automotriz. 2.- NIVEL DE EDUCACION REQUERIDA: (Nivel profesional) Titulado; Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Electromecánica. 3.- IDIOMA: Inglés 80% (Hablado y Escrito).

REQUERIMIENTOS PREFERIDOS:

CONOCIMIENTOS TECNICOS: - Sistemas básicos del funcionamiento de un automóvil y componentes básicos de RAM TRUCK. - Conocimiento de procesos en Ensamble para TRIM, CHASIS, FINAL y CERTIFICACION VEHICULAR. - Sistemas básicos de modelos ensamblados en Saltillo Truck: DJ, D2, DD, DP, DX, DS. - Competencias mínimas necesarias para los grupos funcionales de Eléctricos, Powertrain, ISD, Chasis. - Funcionamiento de herramientas, máquinas y equipos usados en el proceso de ensamble automotriz. - Estándares de Manufactura Automotriz y Regulaciones Federales para Automotores, como requerimientos gubernamentales y del producto: SPW, PS, MQGRs, Surveys Corporativo al proceso. - Conocimiento de indicadores de Calidad y Manufactura en KPI´s Internos y Externos como FTQ OUT, DRR (FTC), DVX, PQG, 3MIS, 1MIS, SCA, SCRAP y PAROS DE LINEA. - Herramientas básicas de solución de problemas según metodología SPW: REACTIVAS, PREVENTIVAS, PROACTIVAS. - Especialista en Process Observation. - Básicos de Dominios en SPW (SMQDCE) cómo WO, CI, AM, TMS, TC, TPC, COST (SCRAP). CONOCIMIENTOS DE LIDERAZGO: Adopta y aprecia la competencia, demuestra energía por cumplir, actúa con integridad y respeto, mantiene las cosas en su estado más simple e innovador.
