  • Erstellung von Projektberichten, Präsentationen und Auswertungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Antragstellung
  • Unterstützung bei Dokumentation, Evaluation und Nachbereitung der Projekte
  • Administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten im Projektteam
  • Unterstützung bei der Prozessoptimierung &-digitalisierung

Was du mitbringen solltest

  • Eigeninitiative und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise selbstverständlich sind
  • eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und pragmatisches Denken zum Arbeitsstil gehören
  • Aufgaben selbstständig erkannt und Verantwortung gerne übernommen werden
  • der Umgang mit Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Co. sicher beherrscht wird
  • eine grundsätzliche IT-Affinität sowie Interesse an digitalen Tools vorhanden sind
  • sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich & mündlich) bestehen – weitere Sprachen sind willkommen
  • Interesse an globalen politischen und gesellschaftlichen Themen sowie ein gutes Verständnis für internationale Zusammenhänge vorhanden ist
  • Offenheit, Teamgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Menschen mitgebracht werden
