Wir suchen eine Recruiterin oder einen Recruiter (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (20–25 Stunden pro Woche) mit der Option auf mehr Stunden.

Was dich bei uns erwartet

Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Bewerber und begleitest sie auf dem Weg in den Job.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung eingehender Bewerbungen
  • Telefonischer Kontakt mit Bewerbern
  • Unterstützung bei Fragen rund um Arbeit und Integration
  • Organisation von Vermittlungen
  • Unterstützung bei Arbeitserlaubnissen
  • Pflege unserer Bewerberdatenbank
  • Strukturierte Organisation der Bewerberprozesse

Wir bekommen inzwischen sehr viele Bewerbungen und genau dafür brauchen wir dich.

Damit ich mich stärker auf Kundengespräche und den Ausbau von Step2Work konzentrieren kann.

Was du mitbringen solltest

  • Sehr gutes Deutsch
  • Englischkenntnisse
  • Weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus (z.B. Arabisch)
  • Organisationstalent
  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

Du musst wirklich Lust haben, Integration mitzugestalten.
