Als Business Manager combineer je ondernemerschap, commerciële verantwoordelijkheid en teamsturing. Je staat zelf mee in de business, werkt actief aan business development en sales, en stuurt tegelijk het commerciële Marine Cargo team aan. Je bouwt de Marine Cargo business verder uit, motiveert en coacht je team en fungeert als inhoudelijke en commerciële sparringpartner voor je team, verzekeraars en klanten. Kortom je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • het onderhouden en versterken van bestaande klantenrelaties
  • het verder uitbouwen en laten groeien van de Marine Cargo business
  • het nemen van een actieve rol in business development en de commerciële relatie met strategische klanten
  • het aansturen, motiveren en coachen van het commerciële Marine Cargo team
  • het creëren van focus, eigenaarschap en commerciële slagkracht binnen het team
  • het adviseren over cargoverzekeringen en logistieke aansprakelijkheid
  • het inhoudelijk optreden bij complexe dossiers en escalaties
  • het onderhouden en versterken van relaties met (internationale) verzekeraars
  • het mee bepalen van marktbenadering en commerciële positionering
  • Het coördineren en stroomlijnen van interne samenwerking met andere teams binnen Vanbreda Marine, alsook met andere Vanbreda entiteiten
  • Je hebt aantoonbare expertise in cargoverzekeringen.
  • Je bent een sterk commercieel profiel, geloofwaardig bij klanten én verzekeraars.
  • Je hebt commerciële ervaring met bewezen portfolio groei en ervaring in commerciële onderhandelingen op internationaal niveau.
  • Je kan functioneren onder druk.
  • Je bent in staat om een team te inspireren, te motiveren en te coachen.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met internationale klanten (multinationals, traders, expediteurs en logistieke operatoren, productiebedrijven).
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
