Als Insurance Broker Construction & Engineering ben je dé belangrijkste partner en adviseur van onze klanten in de bouwsector.

  • Je analyseert het risicoprofiel van je klanten en geeft verzekeringsadvies op maat in de rol van makelaar en/of consultant.
  • Je werkt verzekeringsoplossingen uit voor projecten en aanbestedingen met de best mogelijke voorwaarden voor de klant.
  • Je bent de spilfiguur voor je klanten en communiceert intern naar betrokken dossierbeheerders en schadebeheerders over de administratieve opvolging.
  • Je zet creatief commerciële acties mee op met het oog op groei van de bestaande klanten. (seminaries ea)
  • Je weet sectorgenoten te overtuigen van de meerwaarde van onze dienstverlening en onze adviesverlening.
  • Je rapporteert aan de General Manager Construction & Engineering.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met bouw in het algemeen en bent bereid om hierin bij te leren.
  • Je denk- en redeneerniveau liggen in lijn met dat van een Master diploma.
  • Je hebt tevens een eerste werkervaring achter de rug in een juridisch of technisch adviserende functie binnen de dienstverlenende sector of een bouwgerelateerde omgeving.
  • Je hebt grote commerciële feeling en bent bedreven in het onderhandelen op verschillende niveau's.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en verantwoordelijkheid, je bent leergierig en het delen van kennis in teamverband geeft je positieve energie.
  • Kennis van non-life bedrijfsverzekeringen is een sterk pluspunt maar geen must have.
  • Notie van klassieke bouwcontracten, Design & Build, DBFM, de werking van bouwteams en aanverwante vormen van samenwerking zijn een troef.
  • Ook kennis van openbare aanbestedingen is een toegevoegde waarde.
