Je krijgt uitdagende technische dossiers op je werkbank en gebruikt jouw kennis, ervaring en diagnoseapparatuur om tot de kern van het probleem te komen.

Concreet:

  • Spoor je elektrische en mechanische storingen op en stel je nauwkeurige diagnoses;
  • Analyseer je foutmeldingen en ga je verder dan alleen het uitlezen ervan: jij zoekt de echte oorzaak;
  • Voer je elektrische en mechanische herstellingen uit volgens de kwaliteitsrichtlijnen van BMW;
  • Werk je aan hybride en elektrische BMW's, inclusief hoogvoltcomponenten;
  • Overleg je met de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke over je diagnose, de uitgevoerde acties en de nodige herstellingen. Zo zorgen jullie er samen voor dat de klant precies weet wat er aan zijn wagen gebeurt;
  • Deel je dankzij jouw teamgerichte ingesteldheid graag jouw technische kennis en ervaring met collega's.

Je krijgt daarbij de nodige ondersteuning en opleidingen om mee te blijven met de nieuwste BMW-technologie.

  • Een trotse eigenaar van een diploma autotechnologie/autotechnieken of gelijkwaardig door opgebouwde ervaring.
  • Een ervaren autotechnieker die op het niveau van diagnosetechnieker werkt. Je hebt relevante praktijkervaring in de sector en beschikt over de technische kennis om complexe elektrische en mechanische storingen zelfstandig te analyseren, diagnosticeren en oplossen.
  • Een nauwkeurige werker die grondig kan analyseren. Je kan tot de kern van de zaak komen en houdt hierbij rekening met alle details.
  • Een plichtsbewuste en betrouwbare collega die zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook graag in team werkt. Collega's kunnen op jou rekenen. Je kijkt uit naar een samenwerking op lange termijn. Ervaring met BMW is uiteraard een troef, maar geen vereiste. Heb je jouw ervaring opgebouwd bij een ander automerk, dan krijg je bij ons de ondersteuning en opleiding om de BMW-technologie en -werkwijzen snel onder de knie te krijgen.
