Product Ownership & Roadmap

  • Je beheert en prioriteert de backlog van het Workplace-team en zorgt voor een duidelijke afstemming van doelstellingen, prioriteiten en verwachte resultaten.
  • Je volgt technologische en marktontwikkelingen op en vertaalt relevante innovaties naar opportuniteiten voor de digitale werkplek.

Architectuur & Innovatie

  • Je definieert en bewaakt de architectuur binnen het Digital Workplace-domein en zorgt voor veilige, schaalbare en toekomstbestendige oplossingen.
  • Je bepaalt architectuurprincipes, standaarden en richtlijnen en bewaakt de samenhang met de bredere infrastructuur-, cloud- en securityarchitectuur.
  • Je bouwt mee aan een AI-enabled workplace en bepaalt de technische randvoorwaarden voor de inzet van AI-oplossingen zoals Microsoft 365 Copilot en AI-agents.
  • Je evalueert nieuwe technologieën en formuleert aanbevelingen die bijdragen aan de verdere digitalisering en modernisering van de werkplek.

Stakeholdermanagement & Adoptie

  • Je werkt nauw samen met business stakeholders, IT-teams, securityspecialisten, architecten en externe partners om noden, verwachtingen en prioriteiten op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Je begeleidt de introductie van nieuwe oplossingen en ondersteunt een succesvolle adoptie door gebruikers, met aandacht voor communicatie, change management en gebruikerservaring.
  • Je coördineert projecten en implementaties binnen het Digital Workplace-domein en bewaakt scope, planning, risico's en opleveringen.
  • Je bent het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor interne stakeholders en leveranciers en ondersteunt governance- en besluitvormingsprocessen met onderbouwde aanbevelingen.

Technische expertise

  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van het Microsoft Digital Workplace-ecosysteem, waaronder Microsoft 365 apps, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, endpoint management, devices, Entra ID en identity-oplossingen.
  • Je volgt technologische ontwikkelingen actief op en vertaalt relevante innovaties naar concrete verbeteringen.
  • Je hebt interesse in of ervaring met generatieve AI-oplossingen zoals Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio en AI-agents, inclusief de aandachtspunten rond security, governance en datatoegang.

Competenties

  • Je bent een sterke gesprekspartner die businessnoden vertaalt naar technische oplossingen en duidelijke prioriteiten.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders en creëert draagvlak voor verandering.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met change management en gebruikersadoptie en begrijpt het belang van een succesvolle implementatie.
  • Je bent pragmatisch en hands-on en zet plannen doelgericht om in concrete resultaten.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
