Jouw dag als dossierbeheerder

Als dossierbeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verzekeringsdossiers van jouw klanten. Je werkt voornamelijk met zelfstandigen en kleine ondernemingen. Dit is hoe jouw dag eruitziet:

  • klantcontact en aanspreekpunt: Je bent de contactpersoon van jouw klanten voor verschillende BOAR-verzekeringstakken, zoals oa auto, brand, aansprakelijkheid en arbeidsongevallen. Klanten kunnen bij jou terecht via telefoon of e-mail. Je bouwt een langetermijnrelatie op met jouw klanten door hen te adviseren over hun verzekeringen en te helpen met hun specifieke vragen. Dankzij jouw inzet maken wij samen onze klanten nog meer tevreden!
  • verzekeringsdossiers en administratie: Je verwerkt de verzekeringsdossiers op een correcte manier en zorgt voor een efficiënte en tijdige opvolging. Dit omvat het onderzoeken en beantwoorden van klantenvragen. Door het analyseren van de polisvoorwaarden bij de verschillende verzekeringsmaatschappijen bied je de klant de beste tarieven en dekkingen aan.
  • samenwerking met insurance broker: Je ondersteunt de insurance broker, die eindverantwoordelijk is voor jouw klanten. Samen bespreken jullie de commerciële kansen en zorgen jullie voor de optimale klantenervaring.
  • contact met verzekeringsmaatschappijen: Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met de beheerders bij de verzekeringsma

Klantencontact en de nauwgezette opvolging van het bijhorende dossier geven je energie. Je geniet van de ruimte om zelf op zoek te gaan naar de juiste verzekeringsoplossing voor jouw klant. Dankzij jouw positiviteit, inzet en enthousiasme draag je bij aan een prettige werksfeer.

  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma (bij voorkeur in financiën en verzekeringen) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Kennis van (auto)verzekeringen is mooi meegenomen, klantgerichtheid en proactief meedenken met de klant zijn essentieel.
  • Je bent sterk in administratie en kunt zelfstandig prioriteiten stellen.
  • Door het stellen van de juiste vragen breng jij de noden van je klant in kaart en kom jij tot een oplossing op maat.
  • Kort op de bal spelen door veelvuldig telefonisch contact met zowel de klant als de verzekeraar stimuleert je en geeft je extra uitdaging.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels, kennis van het Frans is een troef.
  • Ken je ons beheersysteem BRIO niet? Geen probleem, wij leren het je graag.
