The posting

Als dossierbeheerder werk je voor hoofdzakelijk Franstalige klanten in de social profit en publieke sector. Het gaat o.a. over ziekenhuizen, scholen, woonzorgcentra en overheden. Jij volgt hun verzekeringsdossiers op en bent een belangrijke partner voor onze Account Managers.

Je taken:

  • Je helpt klanten met hun vragen, via telefoon of e-mail. Je denkt mee en zoekt oplossingen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle administratie rond jouw dossiers correct en op tijd gebeurt.
  • Je maakt overzichten en voorbereidingen voor klantenbezoeken. Je laat de Account Managers weten als je kansen ziet of problemen vaststelt.
  • Je hebt dagelijks contact met verzekeringsmaatschappijen en klanten. Zo bouw je een goede relatie met hen op.
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in financiën en verzekeringen of blikt terug op minstens een eerste degelijke werkervaring in een sterk administratieve en klantgerichte functie. Kennis van verzekeringen is een sterke troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en plant je taken goed. Deadlines haal je zonder stress.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot.
  • De meest gebruikte IT toepassingen kennen geen geheimen voor jou.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Frans. Ken je daarnaast ook nog Engels dan is dat de kers op de taart!
