  • Omzetten van transportopdrachten naar een efficiënte en haalbare dagplanning.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van chauffeurs tijdens hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Geven van duidelijke instructies en opvolgen van de uitvoering van transportopdrachten.
  • Tijdig informeren van klanten, chauffeurs en collega's over de voortgang van transporten.
  • Behandelen van vragen, opmerkingen en eventuele klachten op een professionele manier.
  • Anticiperen op wijzigingen, vertragingen en operationele uitdagingen.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de transportplanning.
  • Actief bijdragen aan procesoptimalisaties en verbeteringsinitiatieven binnen de transportafdeling.

Je werkt in een afwisselend ploegensysteem:

  • Vroege shift: 05:30 – 13:30
  • Late shift: 10:30 – 18:30
  • Je bent een stressbestendige, mature en betrouwbare professional.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook in drukke of onverwachte situaties.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, klantgericht en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je durft verantwoordelijkheid nemen en beslissingen maken wanneer nodig.
  • Je bent flexibel en begrijpt dat transportactiviteiten niet altijd binnen de klassieke kantooruren verlopen.
  • Je beschikt over leidinggevend potentieel en hebt de ambitie om op termijn door te groeien naar een teamleadfunctie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Excel en leert nieuwe softwaretoepassingen snel aan.
