Als Invoicing Specialist zorg je ervoor dat alles wat commercieel en operationeel gebeurt ook financieel correct wordt vertaald. Je bewaakt de juistheid en volledigheid van de klantenfacturatie en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen Finance, Sales, Customer Service en Logistics.

Je rol gaat verder dan enkel verwerking. Je analyseert afwijkingen, zoekt oorzaken en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers correct en tijdig worden opgelost.

Concreet:

  • Je maakt en verwerkt dagelijks klantenfacturen en creditnota's.
  • Je controleert prijzen, kortingen, promoties en retouren.
  • Je bewaakt of alle leveringen correct zijn gefactureerd.
  • Je onderzoekt facturatieverschillen en disputen.
  • Je zoekt samen met collega's naar een correcte oplossing.
  • Je volgt openstaande dossiers actief op.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van collega's en klanten over facturatie.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de maandafsluiting.
  • Je verwerkt openstaande facturatie-items tijdig.
  • Je signaleert terugkerende fouten en inefficiënties.
  • Je denkt mee over automatisering en procesverbetering.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Finance, Sales, Customer Service en Logistics.

Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en analytische blik kan de organisatie vertrouwen op correcte cijfers en een kwalitatieve facturatie.

Je werkt graag met cijfers en structuur, maar bent niet afwachtend. Wanneer iets niet klopt, wil je weten waarom. Je zoekt verder tot je een correcte oplossing hebt en houdt ook bij grotere volumes het overzicht.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdenkniveau.
  • Je bent sterk in cijfers en logisch redeneren.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur één tot drie jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring in facturatie, finance administration of customer accounting is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent leergierig en plichtsbewust.
  • Je neemt initiatief en laat dossiers niet liggen.
  • Je communiceert helder met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Je hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel.
  • Je leert nieuwe ERP-systemen snel aan.
  • Ervaring binnen FMCG, retail of distributie is een pluspunt.

Je maakt vooral het verschil door betrouwbaarheid, analytische scherpte en de drive om zaken correct vooruit te krijgen.
