The posting

Als Sales Representative ben je het commerciële gezicht van de organisatie. Je bent voornamelijk actief op de baan en staat in nauw contact met klanten en prospecten binnen FMCG, food, non-food en retail.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen van commerciële relaties en het realiseren van verdere groei binnen jouw regio en klantenportefeuille.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Actief bezoeken van bestaande klanten en prospecten.
  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantenrelaties.
  • Prospecteren en identificeren van nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Adviseren van klanten over het productgamma en de mogelijkheden.
  • Opvolgen van offertes, bestellingen en commerciële afspraken.
  • Onderhandelen en realiseren van commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en opportuniteiten.
  • Opvolgen van verkoopresultaten en rapporteren van je activiteiten.

Je krijgt de nodige begeleiding en ondersteuning om de markt, producten en klanten grondig te leren kennen. Naarmate je groeit in de functie, neemt ook je verantwoordelijkheid toe.

Het uiteindelijke doel? Doorgroeien naar een zelfstandige Account Manager met een eigen klantenportefeuille en verantwoordelijkheid over het volledige commerciële traject.

We zijn op zoek naar een gedreven en ambitieuze commerciële professional die klaar is voor een volgende stap.

Je beschikt over:

  • Minstens 1 à 2 jaar relevante commerciële ervaring, bijvoorbeeld als Sales Representative, Junior Account Manager, Business Developer of in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute must.
  • Een sterke commerciële drive en de ambitie om resultaten te behalen.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden.
  • Een proactieve en ondernemende ingesteldheid.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en de bereidheid om actief op de baan te zijn.
  • De maturiteit om professioneel te communiceren met verschillende types klanten.
  • Een gezonde dosis overtuigingskracht en doorzettingsvermogen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands & Engels. Frans is een plus
  • Affiniteit met FMCG, food, non-food, retail of consumer goods is een pluspunt.

We zoeken vooral iemand met potentieel: iemand die vandaag al een eerste commerciële basis heeft, maar morgen wil doorgroeien naar een volwaardige Account Manager.
