Als HR Project Manager neem je ownership over strategische en operationele hard-HR-projecten en ben je een belangrijke drijvende kracht achter de verdere professionalisering van de HR-organisatie. Je maakt deel uit van een uitgebreid HR-team en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de HR Manager Hard HR.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je werkt projecten uit binnen de HR-roadmap, zoals fietsleasing, loontransparantie, reward-gerelateerde initiatieven en andere optimalisatietrajecten.
  • Je analyseert bestaande processen en implementeert verbeteringen met aandacht voor efficiëntie, duurzaamheid en kostenoptimalisatie.
  • Je bent een kritische sparringpartner die voorstellen uitdaagt en onderbouwde aanbevelingen formuleert naar HR-collega's, management en directie.
  • Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid op voor het wagenparkbeheer en stuurt hierbij een team van twee medewerkers aan.
  • Je neemt ook de verantwoordelijkheden op binnen het domein Data Protection Officer (DPO) en ondersteunt de organisatie bij GDPR-gerelateerde topics.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende HR-disciplines zoals payroll, compensation & benefits, talent management en HR business partnering.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere uitbouw van een toekomstgerichte HR-organisatie binnen een sterk groeiend familiebedrijf.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt 10 jaar professionele ervaring, waarvan 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen hard HR-projecten.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van hard HR, arbeidsrechtelijke en sociaal-juridische materies.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het zelfstandig leiden van complexe projecten van A tot Z.
  • Kennis van fiscaliteit binnen HR-gerelateerde dossiers is een troef.
  • Ervaring met wagenparkbeheer, compensation & benefits of reward-projecten is een pluspunt.
  • Leidinggevende ervaring is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je combineert een kritische blik met een pragmatische aanpak.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, mensgericht, servicegericht en toegankelijk en bouwt vlot relaties op binnen alle niveaus van de organisatie.
  • Je durft tegengas geven aan de business wanneer nodig, maar begrijpt ook wanneer beslissingen genomen zijn en weet hier constructief mee om te gaan.
