Ben jij iemand die graag alles op de rails houdt, zelf initiatief neemt en ervoor zorgt dat dossiers van A tot Z correct worden opgevolgd? Als Internal Sales Specialist ben je de interne commerciële rechterhand van onze buitendienst. Je bewaakt afspraken, orders, offertes en acties, zodat onze commerciële collega's zich maximaal kunnen focussen op klanten, prospectie en business development.

Jouw job:

Je neemt zelfstandig de commerciële en administratieve opvolging van klantendossiers op. Daarbij:

  • verwerk en volg je orders actief op: van beschikbaarheid en planning tot levering en eventuele wijzigingen;
  • bereid je offertes en prijslijsten voor en houd je deze nauwkeurig up-to-date;
  • verwerk je prijsaanpassingen en bewaak je gemaakte commerciële afspraken;
  • coördineer je samples, technische informatie, documentatie en klantvragen met de juiste collega's;
  • volg je openstaande acties en deadlines zelfstandig op;
  • signaleer je mogelijke problemen vóór ze bij de klant terechtkomen en denk je actief mee over oplossingen;
  • werk je vlot samen met Planning, Productie, Logistiek, Quality en Finance;
  • bewaar je het overzicht wanneer prioriteiten veranderen en verschillende dossiers tegelijk aandacht vragen.

Jij bent:

  • nauwkeurig en sterk in administratie, zeker wanneer het gaat over prijzen, offertes en klantgegevens;
  • iemand die uitstekend Nederlands en goed Frans spreekt en schrijft (Engels is een plus);
  • proactief en ziet zelf wat er moet gebeuren;
  • iemand met ownership: een dossier is voor jou pas klaar wanneer het écht is afgerond;
  • sterk in prioriteiten stellen en overzicht bewaren;
  • commercieel ingesteld en begrijpt dat achter elke interne actie uiteindelijk een klant zit;
  • oplossingsgericht en niet bang om buiten de gebaande paden te denken;
  • iemand die initiatief neemt en graag meedenkt over hoe processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen;
  • hands-on en flexibel: geen dag is helemaal hetzelfde;
  • positief, collegiaal en communicatief sterk;
  • zelfstandig, maar weet ook wanneer overleg of escalatie nodig is;
  • stressbestendig en comfortabel in een dynamische productieomgeving.
