Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een gepassioneerde en ervaren Werfleider om ons dynamische team in Vlaanderen te versterken. Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Leiding geven aan bouwprojecten van begin tot eind, waarbij je zorgt voor efficiënte planning en uitvoering.
  • Coördineren en aansturen van het bouwteam, onderaannemers en leveranciers om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten binnen de gestelde tijd en budget worden afgerond.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van alle veiligheidsnormen en -voorschriften op de bouwplaats.
  • Monitoren van de voortgang van het project en regelmatig rapporteren aan de betrokken partijen.
  • Oplossen van eventuele problemen die zich tijdens de uitvoering van het project voordoen.
  • Onderhouden van sterke relaties met klanten en andere belanghebbenden.

Vereiste Vaardigheden en Kwalificaties

  • Ervaring als Werfleider of in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de bouwsector.
  • Sterke leiderschaps- en managementvaardigheden met het vermogen om effectief teams te inspireren en te begeleiden.
  • Uitgebreide kennis van bouwprocessen en -technieken.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Bekwaam in het gebruik van relevante software voor bouwprojectmanagement.
  • (Bouwkundige) opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring is een pluspunt.

Je profiel:

  • Je volgde een technische opleiding ( bachelor of gelijkgesteld door ervaring) en werkt al enige jaren op werven
  • Je bent snel van begrip en leert makkelijk
  • Je kan het respect afdwingen van je arbeidersteam
  • Je bent een doener en werkt mee met het team
  • je kan werken met pc en internet
  • je straalt één en al veiligheid uit waardoor je steeds het voorbeeld bent voor je team
  • je bent vlot in de omgang waardoor je de onmisbare schakel bent tussen de site manager en de werf enerzijds en tussen arbeiders en klant anderzijds
  • Je bent mobiel, want is je werf klaar, dan verhuis je mee naar de volgende
  • Je spreekt zeer vlot Nederlands
