The posting

Voor onze Belgische organisatie zoeken we een Operationeel Manager die een sleutelrol wil opnemen in de verdere groei en professionalisering van onze vestigingen.

Je stapt in een rol met impact, waarin je dagelijks schakelt tussen strategie, mensen en resultaten en verantwoordelijk bent voor:

  • Aansturen van de dagelijkse werking en bewaken van kwaliteit, efficiëntie en uniformiteit in alle vestigingen.
  • Analyseren van KPI's en prestaties en deze vertalen naar gerichte acties
  • Ontwikkelen van een sterke leiderschapscultuur door Regiomanagers te coachen, inspireren en uit te dagen om zichzelf en hun teams naar een hoger prestatieniveau te brengen.
  • Actief deelnemen aan sociaal overleg (CPBW, syndicaal overleg) en het naleven van wet- en regelgeving
  • Creëren van betrokkenheid en verbinding binnen de organisatie door sterke relaties op te bouwen met medewerkers, leidinggevenden, sociale partners en interne stakeholders.
  • Leiden van verbeter- en verandertrajecten om efficiëntie en professionaliteit van de organisatie te verhogen
  • Fungeren als de schakel tussen strategie en uitvoering om een performante, stabiele en toekomstgericht organisatie verder te laten groeien
  • Professionele bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 10 jaar leidinggevende ervaring, idealiter in een multi‑site retail- of serviceomgeving
  • Inspirerend leider die mensen weet te verbinden, motiveren en ontwikkelen, met een bewezen vermogen om managementteams naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
  • Sterk analytisch, met focus op operationele KPI's, rendement en procesoptimalisatie
  • Hands‑on en besluitvaardig, ook wanneer situaties gevoelig of complex zijn
  • Sterk in stakeholdermanagement en relatieopbouw, met het vermogen om duurzame relaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden met Regiomanagers, medewerkers, management en directie in Nederland, sociale partners en interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Ervaring met sociaal overleg binnen de Belgische context en samenwerking met HR
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Frans, bij voorkeur aangevuld met kennis van Engels
  • Bereid tot wekelijkse aanwezigheid op HQ in Nederland (minstens 1x per week) te combineren met regelmatige verplaatsingen naar onze verschillende kantoren verspreid over heel België. Mobiliteit en aanwezigheid op diverse locaties zijn essentieel.
