Bouw mee aan payroll van de toekomst Binnen Core Payroll bij Acerta werken we aan de tools die de ruggengraat vormen van onze payrollactiviteiten. Eén van die kernapplicaties is Customer Service Management (CSM): de tool die binnenkort door al onze dossierbeheerders dagelijks gebruikt zal worden. CSM wordt het operationele hart van onze organisatie: het toont alle taken die voor klanten openstaan, het begeleidt dossierbeheerders doorheen verschillende tools, en het zorgt ervoor dat iedereen efficiënter en consistenter kan werken. Als Product Manager CSM bepaal jij mee de manier van werken voor onze toekomstige payrollorganisatie. Dit gaat niet over een klassieke interne applicatie, maar over een strategische kernoplossing met een grote impact op onze dagelijkse werking. Je hoeft geen jarenlange productervaring te hebben. Belangrijker is dat je graag richting geeft, verbeteringen realiseert en teams samenbrengt rond één duidelijke manier van werken.

  • Neem end‑to‑end ownership over het CSM‑platform en vertaal de noden van dossierbeheerders en serviceteams in scherpe prioriteiten.
  • Analyseer workflows, datainsights en userfeedback om behoeften, pijnpunten en optimalisatiekansen duidelijk in kaart te brengen.
  • Bouw een onderbouwde en haalbare productroadmap die maximale business value oplevert en aansluit bij de strategische doelstellingen.
  • Werk nauw samen met businessanalisten en ICT‑teams om requirements te verfijnen en een efficiënte, kwalitatieve delivery te realiseren.
  • Bewaak timing, scope en budget gedurende de volledige productcyclus, met voortdurende focus op long‑term productvisie.
  • Bereid de organisatie voor op nieuwe releases en coördineer duidelijke roll‑outs richting kantoren, helpdesk en backoffice.
  • Monitor productgebruik, tevredenheid en impact om verbeteringen te sturen en de adoptie van het platform te versterken.

Iets voor jou?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring en bouwde expertise op in productmanagement, projectmanagement of businessanalyse, bij voorkeur in een HR‑ of softwareomgeving.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe processen te structureren vormen een belangrijk deel van jouw professionele DNA.
  • Je kan stakeholders meenemen in je visie, onderbouwt keuzes helder, en vertaalt complexiteit naar begrijpelijke beslissingen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, overtuigend en beschikt over doorzettingsvermogen.
