Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!Als Projectco_rdinator Kwaliteitsonderzoek ben je verantwoordelijk voor de praktische en administratieve opvolging van verschillende test- en onderzoekstrajecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles steeds vlot, gestructureerd en volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. De focus ligt daarbij voornamelijk op jongere doelgroepen. Je takenpakket is gevarieerd:- Je organiseert en co_rdineert verschillende testtrajecten en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen op elkaar afgestemd zijn.- Je staat in voor de praktische voorbereiding en opvolging van onderzoeken en testen.- Je verzamelt gegevens, verwerkt resultaten en vertaalt deze naar overzichtelijke rapporteringen.- Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, en zorgt ervoor dat de documentatie steeds correct en up-to-date is. We zoeken vooral iemand met de juiste ingesteldheid, een sterk organisatorisch vermogen en zin om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.Daarnaast herken je jezelf in volgende eigenschappen:- Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma. - Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.- Je werkt vlot met MS Office en andere digitale toepassingen.- Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet verschillende taken en deadlines efficiënt te beheren.- Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail.- Je neemt graag initiatief en kan zelfstandig aan de slag.- Je bent communicatief, sociaal en toegankelijk in contacten met anderen.- Je bent flexibel en houdt ervan om verantwoordelijkheid te dragen.Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar dus zeker geen must. Je krijgt de nodige begeleiding en opleiding om je volledig in je functie te ontplooien.
