Om onze groei in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen te ondersteunen, zoeken we een Projectleider HVAC die projecten zelfstandig kan trekken en mee vorm wil geven aan ons bureau.

Wat ga je doen?

Als projectleider ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de klant en draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor je projecten, technisch én organisatorisch.

Ontwerp & engineering

  • Je vertaalt de noden van de klant naar een doordacht HVAC-concept (verwarming, koeling, ventilatie, luchtbehandeling, warmtepompen).
  • Je maakt of stuurt berekeningen aan: warmteverlies, koellast, luchthoeveelheden, leidingdimensionering.
  • Je stelt lastenboeken, meetstaten en plannen op of volgt ze op.
  • Je denkt mee over energie-efficiëntie, EPB-eisen en duurzame oplossingen.

Projectopvolging

  • Je beheert planning, budget en kwaliteit van je projecten.
  • Je begeleidt aanbestedingen en analyseert offertes van installateurs.
  • Je volgt de uitvoering op de werf op: werfvergaderingen, controles, verslaggeving.
  • Je coördineert met architecten, bouwheren, aannemers en andere studiebureaus.
  • Je begeleidt de oplevering, indienststelling en het as-built dossier.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in een technische richting (elektromechanica, energietechnologie, klimatisatie, industrieel ingenieur) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in HVAC, bij een studiebureau, installateur of als technisch projectleider.
  • Je kent de courante systemen en normen (o.a. EPB, NBN-normen, ventilatie- en luchtkwaliteitseisen).
  • Je werkt vlot met rekensoftware en tekenpakketten (bv. AutoCAD/Revit, Excel; kennis van een HVAC-rekenpakket is een plus).
  • Je bent zelfstandig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht, en behoudt het overzicht over meerdere projecten tegelijk.
  • Je communiceert helder, zowel met een bouwheer als op de werf.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands; Frans en Engels zijn een plus.
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in Oost- of West-Vlaanderen en hebt een rijbewijs B.
