Als vastgoedmakelaar ben jij mee verantwoordelijk voor de verdere commerciële groei in jouw regio. Je wacht niet tot opportuniteiten vanzelf binnenkomen, maar gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe contacten, panden en klanten.

Je combineert prospectie, relatiebeheer, advies en onderhandeling en begeleidt klanten van het eerste gesprek tot de succesvolle afronding van hun vastgoedtransactie.

Concreet:

  • Je prospecteert actief en gaat op zoek naar nieuwe panden en verkoopopportuniteiten in regio Roeselare.
  • Je bouwt een sterk lokaal netwerk op en zorgt ervoor dat eigenaars jou leren kennen als hun vastgoedaanspreekpunt.
  • Je volgt leads snel en consequent op en zet interessante contacten om in afspraken en concrete dossiers.
  • Je begeleidt verkopers en kandidaat-kopers tijdens het volledige aan- en verkoopproces.
  • Je luistert scherp naar klanten, stelt de juiste vragen en geeft helder en professioneel advies.
  • Je overtuigt zonder te pushen en bouwt langdurig vertrouwen op met jouw klanten.
  • Je organiseert bezoeken, volgt ge nteresseerde kopers op en voert commerciële onderhandelingen.
  • Je houdt jouw pipeline actief en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw targets, portefeuille en resultaten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne specialisten zodat jij maximaal kunt focussen op commerciële groei en klantencontact.

Hoe sterker jouw netwerk en opvolging, hoe groter jouw portefeuille. Je krijgt hier dus veel directe invloed op je eigen succes.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand met ambitie, commerciële maturiteit en initiatief. Vastgoedervaring is interessant, maar persoonlijkheid en de wil om resultaten neer te zetten zijn minstens even belangrijk.

Je herkent jezelf hierin:

  • Ervaring in vastgoed is een must. Ook commerciële ervaring in sales, accountmanagement, business development, retail of dienstverlening kan een sterke basis zijn.
  • Je krijgt energie van prospectie, klantencontact en commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Je neemt snel initiatief en wacht niet af tot iemand je vertelt wat de volgende stap is.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en ziet targets als een duidelijke uitdaging om naartoe te werken.
  • Je communiceert vlot, professioneel en overtuigend en bouwt gemakkelijk vertrouwen op.
  • Je kunt goed luisteren en voelt aan wat klanten nodig hebben om een beslissing te nemen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw planning en opvolging.
  • Je bent flexibel en begrijpt dat vastgoed niet altijd binnen klassieke kantooruren gebeurt.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Frans.
  • Een relevant diploma is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute voorwaarde wanneer je de juiste commerciële ingesteldheid en leergierigheid meebrengt.
