What You'll Do

  • Coordinate production schedules and technician workloads
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively address scheduling conflicts
  • Prioritize jobs based on customer requirements, available resources, and production capacity
  • Communicate regularly with customers regarding project status, timelines, and delivery expectations
  • Coordinate workflow between Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Installation departments
  • Ensure materials, vehicles, and information are available before jobs begin
  • Track incoming vehicles and prepare work orders for production
  • Update job information and maintain accurate records in company systems
  • Coordinate subcontractors and outside service providers as required
  • Support job handoffs between departments to ensure projects move smoothly through production
  • Help identify process improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain production documentation and support overall shop organization

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Honest, accountable, and willing to take ownership of outcomes

  • Reliable and consistent with a proven ability to follow through on commitments
  • Strong computer skills, including:

  • Scheduling and production management software
  • CRM and ERP systems
  • Inventory and order management systems
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with production scheduling or technician scheduling
  • Background in related trades
  • Experience with automotive 12V electrical systems

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
