Stevns Friskole søger en skolepædagog

Stevns Friskole er en Grundtvig-Koldsk friskole. På Stevns Friskole spejles de Grundtvig-Koldske skoletanker i skolens værdier. Vi mener, at børn udvikler sig bedst i et forpligtende, lærende og ligeværdigt fællesskab. Vi vægter det nære miljø i kombination med et stort udsyn. Med fællesskabet i centrum udvikler børnene selvindsigt.

På Stevns Friskole arbejder vi for at skabe en skole, hvor der er plads til kognitiv udvikling, fantasi og følelser og en skole med elever, der trives, har gåpåmod, handlekraft og glæde.

Som skolepædagog skal du varetage støtten på børn med autismespektrumforstyrrelser, ADHD/ADD og lignende. Fælles for disse børn er, at de har været igennem et udredningsforløb med en faglig anbefaling om støtte i skoletiden.

Som menneske er du rolig og tålmodig, og som pædagog sparrer du gennem din faglighed med lærerne. Det er vigtigt, at du kan navigere i klasserummet og forudse børnenes behov.
