The posting

Genetic Visions-ST “GVI” is an advanced genomic and genetic services division of STgenetics™, a worldwide leader in livestock genetics, biotechnology and reproductive services for cattle, horses, deer and swine. GVI provides state of the art genomic and genetic profile services for bovine, swine and other livestock producers to identify genomic potential, gene markers and specific genes that influence economically important production traits, animal health and viability while aiding producers in animal selection in breeding programs. STgenetics is the most progressive livestock genetics company in the world and provides global commercial services that include sex-sorted sperm and genetic and genomic-based livestock embryo production for elite male and female production and development.

Responsibilities:

Plan, allocate, store and record daily production

Preparation and packing of domestic and international orders for pickup and delivery

Maintain levels of nitrogen in tanks

Maintain and keep records of Nitrogen level in bulk tank

Provide support with shipping and receiving, including tracking of all shipments

General warehouse organization and cleaning

General inventory of semen and additional products

Ordering of products and supplies as necessary

All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experiences an asset

Able to work alone with little supervision

Ability to work in a cold environment

Heavy lifting required

Standing for long periods of time

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Minimum high school diploma
