Bruksgymnasiet i Gimo är en kommunal gymnasieskola med nio olika program. Ett av de programmen är vårt introduktionsprogram. Vi söker dig som vill jobba med ungdomar i en socialt stöttande och studiemotiverande roll. Det kan handla om att vara ett stöd på skolan, att åka på praktikbesök med elever, hitta på aktiviteter med våra ungdomar med mera. Du kommer att samarbeta med lärare, elevcoacher, elevhälsan och det kommunala aktivitetsansvaret (KAA).

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som ungdomspedagog kommer du att spela en avgörande roll i att stödja och motivera ungdomar i deras studier och framtidsplaner. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:

  • Coachning av ungdomar
  • Elevnära arbete hjälp med studier

KVALIFIKATIONER De krav vi söker hos dig som kandidat är att du har avslutade gymnasiestudier samt besitter B-körkort, då det kan behövas för att delta i aktiviteter och studiebesök. Du ska även ha god svenska i tal och skrift. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av arbete med ungdomar i åldern 16-20 år med någon form av NPF-problematik. Vi ser det även som meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet av liknande arbete.

Det är även några personliga egenskaper vi värdesätter hos dig:

  • Du är flexibel och kan anpassa dig lätt efter förändringar och ser möjligheter i nya situationer.
  • Du behöver vara tålmodig och kunna hantera stressfulla och känsloladdade situationer
  • Du är relationsskapande och har förmåga att bygga och upprätthålla positiva relationer med ungdomar, kollegor och samarbetspartners, vilket främjar en trygg och stöttande miljö.

Anställningsform: Tidsbegränsad anställning. Varaktighet: 11 dagar - 3 månader, tillträde: 2026-10-14 Tillträde omgående. Tidsbegränsad anställning med goda möjligheter till förlängning. , upphör: 2026-12-22 . Omfattning: 75% Arbetstid: Dagtid.
