Wil je een rol waarin jij het verschil maakt door structuur, kwaliteit en overzicht te brengen? In deze (Medior) HR‑functie ben jij het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor collega’s. Met jouw scherpe blik en zorgvuldige manier van werken help je ons HR‑proces elke dag slimmer, duidelijker en beter georganiseerd te worden.

Wat je gaat doen

In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat onze personeelsprocessen soepel en betrouwbaar verlopen. Je ondersteunt medewerkers en leidinggevenden met heldere, zorgvuldige antwoorden en denkt actief mee over hoe we onze HR‑dienstverlening verder kunnen verbeteren. Omdat we ons team aan het versterken zijn, is er veel ruimte om mee te bouwen aan professionele en toekomstbestendige HR‑processen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het beheren van de volledige administratie rondom in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers, ZZP’ers, vrijwilligers en stagiaires.
  • Het beantwoorden van vragen over verlof, verzuim en arbeidsvoorwaarden — klantgericht, duidelijk en met oog voor detail.
  • Het deelnemen aan projecten waarin we onze HR‑processen blijven ontwikkelen.

Je dag start met een teamoverleg waarin we samen prioriteiten stellen en afspraken maken. Zo houden we het werk overzichtelijk en ondersteunen we elkaar.

Wat wij jou bieden

  • Salaris volgens cao Gehandicaptenzorg, FWG 45 € 3.113 – € 4.347 (obv 36 uur).
  • Een jaarcontract van 32–36 uur per week, uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
  • 8% vakantiegeld, 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering en een solide pensioenregeling.

Wie jij bent

Je bent iemand die verder kijkt dan de vraag. Je denkt vooruit, pakt door en helpt collega’s om hun werk zo goed mogelijk te doen.

Je brengt mee:

  • MBO- of HBO-niveau richting HR.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een administratieve HR-functie.
  • Ervaring met AFAS Profit en Insite en Microsoft 365 is een pré.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een zorgvuldige manier van werken.
