Grensarbeid zoekt voor de stichting Radar een begeleider Flexpool voor Maastricht-Heuvelland en Parkstad.

We willen ons flexteam uitbreiden, word jij onze nieuwe collega? Voor Martin is de flexpool de ideale werkplek. De afwisseling, de verschillende doelgroepen en het ontmoeten van nieuwe mensen passen perfect bij hem. Met een mbo-3-diploma en relevante werkervaring of met een mbo-4-diploma in de sector Zorg & Welzijn, kun jij onze nieuwe collega in de flexpool worden.

Voor ons is het belangrijk dat de zorg en begeleiding voor onze cliënten altijd doorgaat. Daarin speelt onze flexpool een onmisbare rol. Als medewerker van het flexteam werk je op verschillende locaties binnen Maastricht-Heuvelland en Parkstad, waardoor geen werkdag hetzelfde is. Ben je momenteel zzp'er en zoek je meer zekerheid? Of wil je ontdekken welke doelgroep, locatie of functie het beste bij jou past? Dan is ons flexteam echt iets voor jou!

  • Een diploma van een opleiding in zorg en welzijn op minimaal mbo-niveau 3 met werkervaring of mbo-niveau 4. Denk aan SPW, MMZ, Verzorgende IG, verpleegkundige. Twijfel je of je genoeg werkervaring hebt? Neem dan zeker even contact met mij op!
  • Rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer
  • Een geldige BHV certificering of bereid deze te halen
  • Kennis van sociale emotionele ontwikkelingen en gedragsproblemen
  • Een zelfstandige werkhouding, ook in meer uitdagende situaties
  • Stressbestendig, flexibel, aanpassingsvermogen
  • Bereid tot het werken in een onregelmatig dienstrooster
  • Initiatiefrijk en teamspeler.
